International yoga day  21 june ko manaya jata hai. Aur yoga se insaan ko long life milti  hai. Pehli baar yeh diwas 21 june 2015  ko manaya gaya jiski pehle india ke prime minister narenda modi ne 2017 september 2014 ko sanyukat rashatra mahasabha mein aapna speech  mein  kaha tha  jisme unhone kaha ki,

Yoga India ki parchni parapar ka ek amula uphar hai yaha dimage aur body ko ekta ka partika ke biche saamanjasy  hai vichar aur sayam aur purti pardana karna vala hai aur sehat  aur bhalai ke liye ek sayama drshitikon ko bhi pardan karna vala hai. yahan exercise ke bara mein nahi hai. lekin aapna bheetar  ekta ki bhavana , duniya aur parkriti ki khoja ke visha mein hai. humari badaliti jiwan shali mein yahan chetan banker hum jalvayu se nipatana mein help kar sakta hai. ek din international yoga day ka name karta hai.

Yoga sadhna ka mahatava bahart ke history ka abhinaa agna hai. iski sarvidhika parcraha swami vivekanand ji na kiye tha , jiski ghoshan 27 september 2014  ko prime minister narnedar modi ji ne sayunkat rashtra American mein apna bashan mein ki , jiska bade sayukta rastra sanha ki 193 sadsaho ki badka mein international satra par yoga diwas ke liye hami bhar deya .yoga humare jiwan mein bahut mahavat rakta hai.

Yoga mein aise anek aasan hai . jinko jiwan mein apanane se kayi bimaryia khatm ho jati hai. Aur katranaak bimaryo ka aasar bhi kam ho jate hai. aakhir 24 gante toh hum iss bhagdhude  ki zindgyi mein bhagte rehte hai. fir bhi humein thoda sa time aapna health ke liye bhi niklana chayei. Kuch minute hi yadi niyamit yoga karta hai. toh  apni sehat ko hum health and fit rakh sakte  hai. fit rehne ke sath hi yoga hume positive energy se bhar deta hai. isliye yoga humare jiwan ke liye har tarah se aavashyak  aur anivaarey ban chukka hai. isliye agar apke pass yoga teacher na ho toh tension bilkul mat lijiye . balki internet par youtube mein  goolge par aapko har tarah ke aasan sikhne ko mil jaygya. Isliye  har din ki tension ko  dur rakhar hum apna tan –man aur jiwan sakartamak disha mein badne  ke liye yoga ko apne aajiwan sath banaya na kewal aapna jiwan ko balki aapne  vicharo se vishwas ko santi ka aasaha karwaye. Aayiye  iss yoga se behtar kuch nahi aur internation yoga day par ise behtar sankalp dusara nahi.

Yoga se sarirka energy toa aati hi hai. lekin sabse jyade mansika santi milti hai. issa man sant rahta hai aur tension bhi kam hota hai. sath hi ya sarir ki sabhi kiryao ko nirantra bhi karta hai. yoga se jiwan ke sabhi bhava nirnatra hota hai jasei khushi dukha pyaar.

Body  healthy rehti hai.

Yoga se body  ka blood  ka circulation nirnynatra rehte hai. jisse  sarir mein energy  aati hai. jo ki hanikark toxice ko bahar niklati hai. jisse sarir ke vikas  ke vichar se dur hota hai. aur rogiyo ko isse aaram milta hai. sath hi sakartamak ka bhao parvabihta hota hai. jisse sarir sawasth rehta hai.

Yoga ki sabse parbhvsahili vidhi hai surya namaskar , jisse sarir mein lachilapan aata hai. Blood ko parvah acha hota hai. sarir ki kadana mein aram milta hai. yoga se vajan niyantran mein rehta hai. jiska  vajan kam hai ,voh badta hai. jinka aadhika hai kam hota hai.

Energy badti hai

Insaan rozana kayi gatividhiya karta hai. aur din ke ant mein thak jata hai. lekin agar vahan nirantr yoga karta hai , toh usme  energy ka sanchar hota hai. thakawat ya kissi bhi kam ka prati udasi ka bhav nahi rehta hai. sabhi body parts ko aapna kam karne ki energy milti hai. kyuki yoga se    dainik urja badhti hai.

Body ka  lachilpan banata hai.

Yoga se body ki jakdana katam hoti hai. body mein vasa ki matra kam hoti hai. jissa lachillapan aata hai lachillapan ke karna sharir mein kabhi aanavasaka dard nahi rahta . aur body ko jiss tarah ka hona chahiye unki banayvata dhere dhere rozana yoga karna se thik ho jati hai.

Self confidence badhta hai.

Yoga se insaan mein aatmabal badta hai. confidence aata hai. jiwan ke har area mein  saflata milti hai. insaan har situation se ladne ke kabli hota hai. sath hi jiwan ki chunotiyo ko aasani se dur karta hai.

Tension ka bhav kam hota hai.

Yoga se man ekagirt rehta hai usme sitalta ka bhav aata hai aur chinta jaise vikaro ka ant hota hai. yoga se gussa kam aata hai. isse blood pressure  control rehta hai. stress kaise km kre 

Pratirodhak shamta badti hai.

Yoga se upachna ki kirya achi hoti hai aur sahva kirya santulati hoti hai. jisse insaan mein rog se ladne ki shamta badhti hai. badi se badi bimari se ladne ke liye sakti ka sanchar hota hai. yoga karna badi se badi bimari ke liye upay hai..

Mansika santi milta hai.

Yoga se man sant rahta hai , dimage durusta hota hai. jissa sakartmak vichar ke parvoha hota hai. sakartamak bhav se jiwan ka nazariya bahut badla jata hai. insane ko kis bhi vastu  aur insane ya animals  mai kuch galta dikaye nahi deta kis ke liye man mai dushmani nahi rahti  iss tarah yoga se insane ka manskika vikas hota hai. mansika shanti kaise paye 

Jiwan ma khushali badhti hai.

Yoga aapki zindgyi mein khush aur energy lagya .rozajana yoga karna aapka confidence , positive energy , self confidence lata hai. jiwan mein khush aur utsah se bhara jati hai.

Aaj kal bhaagne wali zindgyi mein  jab hum logo pehli baar yoga sikhte hai toh humare aaskar man mein khayaal aata hai. ki jitni jaldi yoga sikh jaye uthni jaldi hum fayde honge yahan ek galt soch hai kyonki har insaan ki body power aalg hoti hai aur vo use hisaab se kar sakta hai.

Hum yoga bahut achi hobby hai aur ise apni daily rountine mein shamil  jurur kar le . har insaan ko sayam aur dhirj se yoga sikhna chaye Isliye agar hum isko interest lein.
