Namaste dosto : Aaj hum apna dosto ki liye special tinda masala ke sabji laye hai. Jo garmiyo mein aasani se bane jati hai.

 Aur is mein bahut sare nutrious hota hai jo ki hum healthy rahkta hai, yeh bahut hi tastey sabji hoti hai.

Aur aap iss north Indian ke khana ke sath bahut sawad se kha sakta hai.

Khana ki plate mein thindi dekhar asar log ka muh bane jata hai.Par masaladar tinda ke lazabava sawad sabhi ko bahut hi acha lagata hai .

Aap iss jarur banaya kyuki ye bahut aasani se bane jati hai, aur sehat ke liye bahut hi acha hai mana jata hai. aayiye jante hai ki kaise banaye yaha lazabvab sabji .

Ingredients for special masala tinda

  •  Tinda 10 (500 gram)
  •  Onion 2
  •  Tamatar 3(200 gram) paste bana la
  •  Ginger and garlic ka paste
  •  Hari mirch 2 barika kat hua
  • 2 table spoon coriander powder
  • 1 small table spoon haldi powder
  •  Jeera (cumin) ½ small table spoon(bhuna hua)
  • Hinga 1 picha
  • Laal mirch powder ¼ small table spoon)
  • ½ cup dahi ( agar aap chahiya toa )
  • Fennal (soaf) 1 small table spoon
  •  Salt ½ tablespoon
  • Oil 1 tablespoon
  •  Hara dhaniya 3 table spoon (barika kat hua)

How to make tastey tinda masala :

  1.  Tinda ko acha se dhokar sukhkar chilkar kar tayra kar liyejiya ,ek thindi ke 7 se 8 tukda karta hua lamba tukda karta  hua sare tinda kat kar tayra kar liyejiya.

2. Tamatar hari mirch garlic ginger ka paste bana kar tayar kar liyejiya

  •  Pan mei 1 tablespoon oil dalkar garm kiyjiya isma soaf aur hari mirch ka tadka lagya

 Phir onion (pyaaz) aur garlic ginger ka paste dalkar medium flame par pakya

  •  Jab paste ka colour halka brown ho jaya toh ismein tamatar ka paste , haldi,coriander powder,garma masala ,laal mirch powder, jeera powder, hing, dalkar mix karka pakye

 

  •  jab tamatar oil ko choda de  tab ismei dahi acha se mix karke daal de.

Iss ek minutes tak pakkar gravy mein tinda dalkar mix kare ab pan ko dakkar medium flame par tinda ko pakane de.

 Agar aap chahye toa sukh bhi bane sakte hai nahi, toa 2 minutes tak bhuna kar mix kare le tinda mei ½ cup pani dalkar mila diyejiya.

  •  Thodi der mein hi tinda pakar tayra ho jaye gya . check kiyjiya tinda narme ho gya hai inha masala dalkar acha se mila liyjiya,

  1. Hara dhaniya dalkar mila liyejiya aur sabji ko dakkar ke 3 se 4 minute pakkne diyejiya .phir gas ko off kar dena

Sabji banakar tayra hai sabji ko katori mei nikla liyejiya aur thoda se hara dhaniya upar se dalkar sajaya , garma garma tinda masala ki sabji ko chapatti, paratha, naan ya chawal kisi ke sath bhi

  • (serve) kar sakta hai aur aap bhi iska aanad liyjiya.
