Friends. Aaj hum aapke liye laya hai tasety tastey tawa Masala pav jo mumbai ke street par sabse jyaad tastey snack mei se ek hai.

Reality mei ismei makan ke sath khana wala ke bhi roll hota hai.

Masala ke sath bharva aur sabse upar hota hai paneer ke sath finished hota hai.

Rashila pyaaz (onion) tamtar aur shimla mirch ka ismei bahut hi acha taste lata hai ismei ek bahut hi visha masala ke sath mix kiya gya hai pavi bhaji masala .

Ingredients

  •  4 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seed (jeera)
  • 4 tablespoon redchill-garlic paste
  •  1 ¼ cup finely chopped onions
  •  2 green chilles
  •  2 tablespoon garlic aur ginger ka paste
  •  2 medium tomatoes finely chopped
  •  1 cup finely chopped capsicum
  • 4 cups finely chopped tomatoes
  •  Salt to taste
  • 1cup water
  •  ¼ tablespoon haldi powder
  •  ½ tablespoon chill powder
  • 1 tablespoon pav bhaji masala
  •  ¼ cup finely chopped coriander hara dhaniya
  •  1 tablespoon lemon juice
  •  Cheese -4 cubes or as needed

Some other ingredients

  •  8 small tablespoon butter
  •  8 pav (bread rolls) sliced in between)

For serving ( A few lemon wedges)

Instructions ( tawa masala pav recipe in hindi)

Step 1 : Phela aap 3 pyaaz (onion) 2 medium tamatar,1 medium capsicum aur green chillies ko barika kat la

Aap ko 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon finely chopped hara dhaniya ,2 tablespoon nimbu ka ras.

 Ya sabhi chiz plate mei kat kar raha liyejiya. Pav ko biche mei se slice kat kar rahka liyejiya .

Step 2 : Ab tawa ko garma karke usmei 2tbsp butter daal de aur thoda se oil bhi mil de kyuki butter jal bhi sakta hai

Step 3. Jab makan melt ho jaya gya toa usmei pyaaz(onion) ko saute kar jab tak golden brown nhi ho jayagya

Step 4: Usa mei ginger garlic ka paste daal kar milya aapko ab achi smell aana laygyi.

Step 5: Ab issmei capsicum(shimla mirch) ko milya de for minute aapko achi se ek khusboo aaygyi.

Step 6: Tamatar aur namka ko daal de.

Step 7. Ab sabko mix kar ke dahka de aur tamatar ko achi tarah se cook hona de jab tak vo soft na ho jaya.

Step 8. Isse mei masala daal: ¼ haldi powder 1 tablespoon chill powder, ½ jeera (cumin) powder And 1 tablespoon pav bhaji masala. Phir thoda se namka daal de

Step 9 Ab issmei 1/3 cup pani milya aur cook hona tha masala ho jab tak gravy thick na ho jaya.

Step 10 Finally jab gravy aapna oil choda lagya tab usmei hara dhaniya harimirch,aur lemon juice.ab aakhiri bar milya de ab tayra hai aapka tawa masala pava ka masala ready hai

Step 11 : Ab tawa ke ek side masala kar de aur thoda se butter daal kar usei tawa mei garma kar.

Step12 : Usmei pav ko dono side se toast kar la

Step13 : jo pav ko aapna biche mei se slice kiye hai use side ko bhi toast kar la..

Step 14 :ab masala ko pav ke side par spoon se masala rakha de

Step 15 usa par thoda se cheese daal de jo ki aapka tawa masala pav ko aur bhi tastey bana degya.

Step 16 ab durse pav se banad kar ke usa par bhi masala daal de aur cheese .
