Friends. Aaj hum apke liye laya hai tasety tastey tawa Masala pav jo mumbai ke street par sabse jayad tastey snack mein se ek hai.

Reality mein ismein makan ke sath khana wala ke bhi roll hota hai. Masala ke sath bharva aur sabse upar hota hai, paneer ke sath finished hota hai.

Rashila pyaaz (onion) tamtar aur shimla mirch ka ismein bahut hi acha taste leta hai ismein ek bahut hi vishwa masala ke sath mix kiya gye hai pavi bhaji masala.

Ingredients

  •  4 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seed (jeera)
  • 4 tablespoon redchill-garlic paste
  •  1 ¼ cup finely chopped onions
  •  2 green chilles
  •  2 tablespoon garlic aur ginger ka paste
  •  2 medium tomatoes finely chopped
  •  1 cup finely chopped capsicum
  • 4 cups finely chopped tomatoes
  •  Salt to taste
  • 1cup water
  •  ¼ tablespoon haldi powder
  •  ½ tablespoon chill powder
  • 1 tablespoon pav bhaji masala
  •  ¼ cup finely chopped coriander hara dhaniya
  •  1 tablespoon lemon juice
  •  Cheese -4 cubes or as needed

Some other ingredients

  •  8 small tablespoon butter
  •  8 pav (bread rolls) sliced in between)

For serving ( A few lemon wedges)

Instructions ( tawa masala pav recipe in hindi)

Step 1 : Pehla aap 3 pyaaz (onion) 2 medium tamatar,1 medium capsicum aur green chillies ko barika kat le

Aap ko 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon finely chopped hara dhaniya, 2 tablespoon nimbu ke ras.

 Ya sabhi chiz plate mein kat kar raha liyejiya. Pav ko biche mein se slice kat kar rahka liyejiya .

Step 2 : Ab tawa ko garma karke usmein 2tbsp butter daal de aur thoda se oil bhi mil de kyuki butter jal bhi sakte hai

Step 3. Jab makan melt ho jaye gya toh usmein pyaaz (onion) ko saute kare jab tak golden brown nhi ho jayenga

.

Step 4: Usa mein ginger garlic ka paste daal kare milya aapko ab achi smell aana lagyi.

Step 5: Ab iss mein capsicum (shimla mirch) ko milya de for minute apko achi se ek khusboo aayiye.

Step 6: Tamatar aur namka ko daal de.

Step 7. Ab sabko mix kar ke dahka de aur tamatar ko achi tarah se cook hona de jab tak vo soft na ho jaya.

Step 8. Iss mein masala daal: ¼ haldi powder 1 tablespoon chill powder, ½ jeera (cumin) powder And 1 tablespoon pav bhaji masala. Phir thoda se namka daal de

Step 9 Ab issmein 1/3 cup pani milya aur cook hona tha masala ho jab tak gravy thick na ho jaye.

Step 10 Finally jab gravy aapna oil choda lagya tab usmei hara dhaniya hari mirch,aur lemon juice.ab aakhiri bar milya de ab tayra hai apka tawa masala pava ka masala ready hai

Step 11 : Ab tawa ke ek side masala kar de aur thoda se butter daal kar usei tawa mein garma kare.

Step12 : Usmein pav ko dono side se toast kare le

Step13 : jo pav ko aapna biche mein se slice kiye hai use side ko bhi toast kare le.

Step 14 :ab masala ko pav ke side par spoon se masala rakha de

Step 15 us par thoda se cheese daal de jo ki apke tawa masala pav ko aur bhi tastey bana degya.

Step 16 ab durse pav se band karke us par bhi masala daal de aur cheese .
