Hello friends, aajkal ke time mein overthinking karna har kissi ki ek habit hi ho gayi hai, toh kya aap overthinking ka Shikar hai.

Toh is topic par hi aaj hum aapko jaankari denge jiski help se aap apne jyada sochne wali habit ko rok denge.

Aur kya humein overthinking karni chahiye ya nahi is bare mein hum janege.

Aajkal har koi bahut jyada sochne laga hai. aur agar sahi mayno mein dekhe toh unka ye jyada sochna unke liye hi dangerous ho raha hai.

Example as. Ek admi jiska naam ram hai  aur voh kuch sochte huye ghar se office jata hai.

Jyada sochne ki vajha se jab voh office pahunchta hai. tab usko yaad aata hai ki voh apna lunch box bus mein bhul gaya. Kyuki bus mein uska lunch box ki taraf koi dhyaan hi nahi tha.

Aur office mein pahunch kar bhi vo kuch sochta rehta hai. jiski vajha se voh galt file mein signature kar deta hai. aur fir boss se dant sunta hai.

Jyada sochne se uske sir mein dard hone lagta hai. aur uska dhyaan kaam par nahi lag pata.

Aur fir jab voh ghar pahunchta hai toh bhi voh apne family walon par dhyaan nahi deta unse koi baat nahi karta. Aur agar uske ghar wale usse koi baat karte toh voh unko dant deta.

Aur friends is duniya mein ek sirf raam hi aisa ni karta uske jaise aur bhi bahut sare log hai jo overthinking  karte hai. aur apne kissi bhi kaam par thik se dhyaan nahi de pate.

Aajkal ki busy life mein har koi bahut busy ho gaya hai. aur jyada busy hone ke karaan overthinking karne lagte hai.aur yahi overthinking karna unke liye dangerous ho gaya hai.

Koi bhi baat sochna buri baat nahi hai. par jyada sochna yeh bahut bura hai. toh isliye humein sochna chahiye lekin itna jyada bhi nahi ki voh jyada sochna humare liye hi kharaab ho jaye.

Aaj kal logon ke paas bahut sare kaam hote hai, jiski vajha se voh jyada kaam karne ke sath sath jyada sochne lagte hai.

Aajkal ek kaam pura hota ni hai ki dusra kaam aa jata hai. iski vajha se bhi log ek kaam ke pure na hone par bhi dusre kaam ke bare mein sochne lag jate hai.

Society mein respect na hone, achi job na hone ke karaan bhi log sochne lag jate hai ki voh aisa kya karein ki unko job ke sath sath respect bhi mil jaye.

Aajkal log thode se time mein hi badi success pana chahte hai, jiske liye voh aksar jyada sochte rehte hai.

Aur yeh sare karaan hai jinke liye har koi jyada sochta rehta hai. aur pareshan hote rehte hai.isliye

Kaha jata hai ki chinta chita ke barabar hoti hai. Aur inke bich sirf ek (.) ka hi difference hota hai. Aur jyada sochne se kissi ka bhi koi fayda nahi huya hai balki uske sath sath uske ghar walon ka bhi nusksan huya hai. isliye humein jyada sochna nahi chahiye.

Overthinking se humare andar negativity aane lag jati hai.Aur hum  negative thinking ke shikar ho jate hai.

Overthinking se humein bhulne ki bimaari ho jati hai. hum choti se choti baaton ko bhulne lag jate hai.

Jyada sochne se humein kayi types ki diseases hone lagti hai. jaise humesha sir mein dard hona, har choti si baat par gussa ho jana, bhukh kam lagna etc.

Ab mein aapko ek important baat batati hu ki Har problem ka solution hota hai. jab bhi koi problem aati hai toh apne sath solution bhi lati hai.

Overthinking bhi ek problem hai toh iska solution bhi jarur hoga.

Ab mein aapko bataungi ki aap overthinking ko kaise rok sakte ho. Aur overthinking se hone wali problems se kaise bcha ja sakta hai.

Hum humesha ya toh apne past ke bare mein sochte hai ya future ke bare mein toh better yahi hoga ki hum sirf apne present ke bare mein soche. Aur overthink na karein.

Har voh kaam karo jo aapko pasand ho.

Kehte hai khali dimaag shetan ka ghar. Toh aap kabhi bhi khali na bethe. Kyonki jab bhi aap free rahoge toh aapke dimaag mein faltu ki baatein aati rehengi. Toh humesha kuch na kuch kaam karte rahe. Aur humesha apne aap ko busy rakho.

Acha sochne ki habit dale. Jab aap humesha achi baatein sochte rahonge toh aapke mind se negativity dur ho jayegi. Kyonki aksar hum overthinking negative thoughts par hi karte hai.
