How To Prepare Tastey Rajasthani Panchratana Daal ( In Hindi)

Dear friends , kya aapko pata hai panchemel daal  recipe kitna nutrious aur healthy hai aur ek famous rajasthani daal bhi hai , bahut sare protein se bhara hua daal hai,

 

Jaise ki chana daal , mooga daal, urda ki daal, tura daal,aur masoor ki daal ko sath mein milya ke banayi jati hai.

Yeh daal logopriya rajastani batti /bafla batti ke sath serve karte hai.

Iss batti ke alva paratha ye phir roti aur sabji ke sath bhi serve kiye ja sakta hai.

Toh aayiya janta hai ki panchmel dal kaise banaye, [chaliya shikata hai].

Necessary ingredient for panchemel daal :

  • ½ cup sabot mooga ya mooga ki daal
  •  ½ cup chana ki daal
  •  ½ cup tura ki daal (aahra ki daal)
  •  ½ cup urad ki daal
  •  ½ masoor ki daal
  • Tamatar 1 se 2
  •  ½ tbsp jeera (cumin)
  •  1 picha hinga
  •  2-3 longa
  •  4-5 kali mirch
  •  1 sabut sukhi laal mirch ,tukda kar la
  •  2 hari mirchi
  •  1 hari ilachi
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped kiye hua ginger
  •  1 medium kat hua tamatar finely chopped
  •  ½ tbsp haldi powder
  •  ½ tbsp amachur powder
  • ½ tbsp red chill powder
  •  2 tbsp ghee ya oil
  • 3 tbsp finely chopped hara dhaniya
  •  Namak – sawadanusar

Preparation time : 30 minute

Cooking time: 35 minute

Serving peron : 3-4

Instruction (how to make panchratana daal)

  1.  Mix dal : Chaan ki daal,sabut daal, tura daal, urda daal, aur masoora ki daal ko pani mein acha se dho la

aur unha ek sath 30 -40 minutes ke liye pani mein bhigo de,

,

2.  Daal mein se bas sare pani bhara nikla de .aur ismein 3-4 litre ki wala pressure cooker mein daal.

1 ½ cup pani aur namka daal aur unha medium flame par 4 vessel hone tak pakne de aur gas band kar de. Jab pressure cooker khatma ho jaya tab dakkne khole.

Daal ko acha se mash kar de .

 

3.  Ab ek khadhi mein medium flama par ghee garma kare

Usmein jeera daal,jeera jab tak brown hona laga tab kalimirch,hing, longa,sukhi laal mirch, hari ilachi, ginger, aur hari mirch dal kar 20 -30 second ke liye bhuna.

4. Ab barike kate hua tamatar dale aur usmein namka daal kar bhuna tak vo jaldi soft ho jayega

 

5.  Ab ismein haldi powder, aamchura powder,dhaniya powder,laal mirch powder daal,

achi tarha se mila le aur ek minute ke liye bhuna

 

6.      Ubala hua daal ko aur achi tarah se milya la. Mixer ko 2 minute ke liye pakkne de.

1 cup pani daal aur achi se milya le. Iss daal ko acha se mix na ho jaye tab tak pakkye.Iss mein lagbage 7-8 minute ka samay lagya.

Daal ko ab aap aur bhi tasty kar sakte hai  barika kat hua hara dhaniya dale aur achi tarah se mil le , ab gas band kar de, daal ko ek serving katori mein nikle aur rajasthani batti ke sath serve kar
