Barish ke mausam mein kaise bachey  

Iss bar rainy season ne pehla hi dastak de diye hai. Garmi ki sampati ke bad tapti hui dharti par jab barish ki rim-jhim bauchar girta hai toh sare sajiwan ko taro taza toh karta hi par sath mein kai bimariyo ko bulata bhi hai. Har kisi ko iss suhane mausam ka intezar rehta hai aur maza karne ki icha bhi hoti hai. Par sath hi iss mausam mein log jaldi bimar ho jate hai. Barish ke mausam me vatavaran mein nami adhik hoti hai. Sunrise bhi kam hi hota hai. Isliye iss karan barish ke dino mein fungus yani ke fafoond jyada padte hai. Isse bachav bahut jaruri hai kyuki isse infection badane ke keetanu paye jate hai.

Barish ke mausam mein malaria, dengu, sardi khasi, jukam, ulti, typhoid, skin problems, piliya jaise anek bimariya palti hai. Jis tarah hum barish ke mausam mein phailane valee ina bimariyo se bachne ke liye hum umbrella use karna chahyie.

Barish se bachav kaise kare

  • Har kisi ko barish mein bhigna pasand hai par barish mein jayda der tak bhigne se sardi khasi aur bukhar ho sakta hai.
  • Diabetes ke patients ko vishesh rup se apne pairo ko jayda khayal rakhna chahiye, foot ko gila hona par turant saaf kar dena chahiye.
  • Agar ap ko asthma hai ya phir apko jaldi sardi jukam khasi ho jati hai toh barish mein na bhige. Barish se bachne ke liye umbrella/raincoat ka jarur pryog kare
  • Clothes /shoes /sleepers gile ho jane par badal de. Jayda samay tak gile clothes pehnne se infection aur skin ki problem ho sakti hai.
  • Barish mein bhigne par jayda der tak baalo ko gila na rakhe
  • Humesha taaza aur swacha vegetable/fruits ka hi proyog kare.
  • Jayda thanda, khatta na khaye. Jayda namak wali chiz jaise chips kurkure chutni papad kam khane chahiye.

Kuch khas baato ka dhyan jarur rakhe

  • Hamesha taza aur garam khana khaye.
  • Kali mirch ko apne bojana mein jarur use kare. Jyada garam khana bhi nahi khaye
  • Apni bhukh se 20% kam khana khaye. Masoor, matar bhi na khaye.
  • Fruits and vegetables ko khoob saaf karke hi khana chahyie. Barish mein bheegne se bachna chahyie
  • Geele kapde na pehne. Kali daal yani ki urad ki daal ka prayog na kare
  • Pani kewal filter karke hi piye ya garam kar ka piye. Liquid drinks ka jayda pryog kare.
  • Neembu ka istemal kare. Khaatte khane, achar, dahi se bache
  • Rashes ke liye soothol liquid aur boroline lagaye. Adrak aur lahsun ka rojana pryog karna chahyie
  • Tori, lauki, tamatar, onion, pudina, bhindi, shimla mirch, broccoli ko jarur apne khane mein shamil kare
  • Corn aur jack fruit na khaye. Khane ke turant baad jyada pani na piye. Basi khana na khaye
  • Bahar ke khane se bache. Dahi ke sath hari sabjiya na khaye. Dahi ka sewan raat mein na kare.
  • Aise din mein hamari digestions system sabse jyada kamjor hota hai. Isliye jaruri hai ki oily food khana na khaya, aise khane ka proyg kare jisse hamari pachan shakti strong ho aur jab bhukh lage tab hi usi hisab se khaye taki use pachane mein asani ho.

Saaf pani ka pryog kare

Rainy season mein hawa mein bahut humidity hone ke karan body ki garmi bahar nahi nilkati hai aur sath hi pasina bhi jayda aata hai. Isliye jaruri hai aise mein body mein sahi pani ka hona. Isliye pani ka sewan bharpur karna chahyie. Humesha gunguna pani ya filter kiya hua saaf pani ka hi pryog kare.

Mirch masala se dur rahe

Iss mausam mein jyada spicy khana nuksan de sakta hai. Isliye iss mausam mein mirch masale wala kam hi khaye. Jisse apke stomach aur chest mein jalan jaise pareshaniya na ho sake.

Saaf safayi ka khayal rakhe:

Barish ka mausam aate hi road par barish ke vajah se gandgi hoti hai. Jab bhi ap ghar se bahar nikle toh apna khayal jyada se jyada rakhe kyuki agar kisi karan hath aur pair gande ho bhi jaye toh use sabse pehle garam pani se saaf kare aur fir ache antiseptic soap se saaf kare. Jab bhi bahar se aaye toh pairo ko saaf kare.

Barish ke mausam mein apna khayal kaise rahka kya khaye, kya na khaya, kaise rakhe apna dhyan ye apne jana. Iske alawa bhi kuch khas baato ka dhyan rakhna chahyie. Balki monsoon ka maze bhi ap lijiye par usse jyada jarurat hai ki ap apne sehat ka khayal rakhe.
