Homemade Paneer Recipe:

Dosto,kya aapko pata hai ke paneer hum ghar par bhi bana sakta hai.

Paneer hamare healthy ke liye bahut hi faaydemand hota hai.Aur paneer dhudh se banate hai, isliye dhudh mein maudzud vitamin jaise ke protein, calcium, vitamin B2, B12, A, D, paneer mein paye jate hai.

Hamare desh mein Bengal ki mittiya aur kai sabjiya ke liye paneer (cottage cheese) ka istamal kiya jate hai.

Hum sabhi ghar mein hi paneer bane kare bahut sari receipe bhi bana sakte hai jaise ki mutter paneer aur shahi paneer bahut tastey hota hai.

Hum sare dish ke liye paneer aap aapne ghar mein hi paneer bane sakate hai. jiske liye sirf kuch hi samana ki jarurta hai. aayiye janate hai ghar par hi paneer kaise banaye.

Ingredients for homemade paneer :

  • 2 litre full cream milk
  •  1 piece nimbu aur curd 150 gram
  • ½ mitre plain muslin cloth (malmal ka kapad)
  • Strainer
  •  Utensils required

Important note : Mein yaha dono chiz de hai dahi aur nimbu agar dahi na ho toh aap nimbu istamal bhi kare sakte hai ismein se ek chiz hi istamal karni hai

Instruction (how to prepare homemade paneer ki vidhi)

Step 1 : Ek bhagona mein dhudh (milk) liyejiya aur gas par medium flame par rakhe dejiye

Step 2: Jab dhudh mein ubala aa jaya toh usmei dahi ye nimbu dalkar aur dhire se spoon se dhudh ko hilata rahiye.

Step 3 : Wait for sometime.

Step4 . Ab pani aur paneer alga alga dekhne lagye .

Step 5 : Jab sare dhudh achi tarah se pani aur paneer alga alga dekhne lage toh gas baad kar dejiye.

Step6 : Ek bade bhagone mein chain (strainer) rakhe, uske upar safa malmal ke kapad (muslin cloth) ko rahke de aur use par dhudh daal.

 aap ise pani ke upayoga partha  bane ki liye ye toh sabji banate samya use kare sakte hai .

Paneer mein se nimbu ye dahi ka khathpana niklana ke liye unke upar thanda pani ke 2 se 3 glass dale

Step7 : Kapad ko sabhi kinaro se upar ki taraf uthaye aur potali jaise banakar usmei se sare pani nikla kar nichod de.

Potali ko acha se tightly bandha kar muslin cloth ko plate mein aur jismein holes ho use jagha par ulata kar ke rahke de phir ab uska upar pressure cooker rha de.

Ab ismein se sara pani nikla jaygya paneer ko 40 se 45 minutes ke liye davah ke niche rakha. Phir pressure cooker ko hata de .

 

Step 8 Ab bandh malmal ke kapad (muslin cloth) ko khol de , aapki paneer ab ready ho chukki hai ,

Step 9 use aap pasand ke size mein kat aur sabji bana ke liye iska istamal kar aap use ek tight container mein.Bhi pack kar sakte hai 3-4 chara dino ke liye refrigentar ye ek mahina ke liye fridge me rakhe sakte hai .

  • Aap kisi bengal mithi banaya ke liye paneer bana rha hai toh sirf step1 se step5 ka hi anusara kar .
  • Agar aapko jyada tight paneer chayai toh step 7 me potaili ke upar 1 ½ ghante ke liye bhari baratan rakhe de.
