How To Make Paneer At Home (In Hindi)

Homemade Paneer Recipe:

Dosto,kasie ho aap, i hope ki sabhi bahut acha hai kya aapko pata hai paneer hum ghar par bhi bana sakta hai.

Paneer hamare healthy ke liye bahut hi faaydemade hota hai.Aur paneer dhudh se banata hai isliye dhudh mei maudzud vitamin jasie ki protein , calcium, vitamin B2 B12 A D paneer mei paya jata hai.

Hamara desh mei Bengal ki mittiya aur kaie sabjiya ke liye paneer (cottage cheese) ka istamal kiya jata hai.

Hum sabhi ghar mei hi paneer bana kar bahut sari receipe bhi bana sakta hai jasie ki mutter paneer aur shahi paneer bahut tastey hota hai.

Ham sara dish ke liye paneer aap aapna ghar mei hi paneer bana sakata hai. jiska liye sirf kuch hi samana ki jaruta hai. aaya janata hai ghar par hi paneer kasie banaya.

Ingredients for homemade paneer :

  • 2 litre full cream milk
  •  1 piece nimbu aur curd 150 gram
  • ½ mitre plain muslin cloth (malmal ka kapad)
  • Strainer
  •  Utensils required

Important note : Mein yaha dono chiz de hai dahi aur nimbu agar dahi na ho toa aap nimbu istamal

kar sakta hai koie bhi ek chiz hi istamal karni hai

Instruction (how to prepare homemade paneer ki vidhi)

Step 1 : Ek bhagona mei dhudh (milk) liyejiya aur gas par medium flame par rakha diyejiya

Step 2: Jab dhudh mei ubala aa jaya toa usma dahi ya nimbu dalkar aur dhire se spoon se dhudh ko hilata rahiya.

Step 3 : Wait for sometime.

Step4 . Ab pani aur paneer alga alga dekhna lagya .

Step 5 : Jab sare dhud achi tarah se pani aur paneer alga alga dekhna lagya toa gas baad kar diyejiya.

Step6 : ek bade bhagona mei chain ( strainer) rakha uska upar safa malmal ka kapad (muslin cloth) rahka de aur usa par dhudh daal.

Ab paneer upar rha jaygya aur sara pani nikla jaygya . aap isa pani ka upayoga partha ka bana ki liye ya toa sabji banata samya use kar sakta hai .

Paneer mei se nimbu ya dahi ka khathpana niklana ke liye uska upar thanda pani ke 2 se 3 glass dala

Step7 : Kapad ko sabhi kinaro se upar ki tarah uthaya aur potali jasa banakar usma se sare pani nikla kar nichod de.

Potali ko acha se tightly bandha kar muslin cloth ko plate jisme holes ho usa jagha par ulata kar ke rahka de phir ab uska upar pressure cooker rha de.

Ab ismei se sara pani nikla jaygya paneer ko 40 se 45 minutes ke liye davah ke niche rakha. Phir pressure cooker ko hata de .

 

Step 8 ab banadh malmal ke kapad (muslin cloth) ko khol de , aapko dikhgya ki paneer ka ab ready ho chukka hai ,

Step 9 usa aap pasad ke size mei kat aur sabji bana ke liye iska istamal kar aap usa ek tight container mei.

Bhi pack kar sakte hai 3-4 chara dino ke liye refrigentar ya ek mahina ke liye fridge me rakha sakta hai .

  • Aap kisi begal mithi banaya ke liye paneer bana rha hai toa sirf step1 se step5 ka hi anusara kar .
