  • Dahi ½ cup
  • Jeera 2 tbsp
  • Oil fry karna ke liye
  • Onion 2-3 medium chopped
  • Shimla mirch (capcusim) ½ cup finely chopped
  • Carrot ½ cup barika kat hau
  • Salt to taste
  • Ghee 1 tbsp
  • Garma masala 1 tbsp
  • Conflour 2 tbsp
  • Hara dhainya 2 tbsp barika kat hua
  • Pudina 1 tbsp barika kat hua
  • Fresh cream ½ cup
  • Saffron 1 pich
  • Gulaba jal 1 tbsp 

Chicken biryani instruction ( vidhi )

1. Chawal ko achi se dhokar 15 min ke liye rakhe de aur chicken ko same size mein kat le
