  1. Dumbell fly for chest :-

  • Aap dumbbell fly flat , incline aur decline tion par kar sakte hain .

Step1. Dono hatho mein dumbbell lekar apna hatho ko 90 degree ka angle angle par rakhiya.

  1. Pull ups :-
