Bhindi ki sabji kaise banaye/ Bhindi masala curry receipe hindi mein

Bhindi masala curry ek banane mein aasan aur chatpati masaladar gravy wali sabji hai jisse bane ke liye kam oil mein tali hui bhindi ko tamatar, dahi (curd) kaju (cashew nuts), onion aur typical  Indian masala se bani gravy mein pakaye jata hai . iss bhindi ki sabji ki masala ke gravy ke karne iss naan,tandoori roti ,chapatti, ya chawal ke sath parosa sakte hai. iss aasan sabji ko ghar par banane ke liye niche diye gya. Recipe ko follow kar.

Taste -spicy

Ingredients:

  • 250 gram bhindi (ladyfinger)
  • 3 medium Tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 tablesspoon dahi (yogurt) (khati nahi)
  • 5-6 cashew nuts
  • 1 Green chilli, seeded and chopped
  • ½ teaspoon ginger, chopped
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • I large onion ,finely chopped,
  • 2 teaspoons, cumin-coriander powder
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garam Masala powder
  • ¼ teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1 ½ tablespoon coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 ½ tablespoon oil +2 small tablespoons namak

 

Instruction ( Bhindi curry Banane ki vidhi)

Step 1 : Bhuna hua kaju (cashew nuts) ko grinder ka choti jar mein pe kar powder bana le. Hari mirch, ginger, aur garlic ko usi jar mein pees kar paste bane le . uss jar mein tamatar dale aur pees kar tamatar ki paste ban le

Step 2 : Bhindi ke dandhtal aur niche ke patla bhaga kat aur phir usa 1.5 ke size mein lamba tukda mein kat le. Ek kadhi, mein medium flame par 1 ½ tablespoon oil ko garm kare. kati hui bhindi dale aur uska upar namak (chidka) sprinkle karde

Step 3 : Bhindi ko tab tak pakye jab tak ki vo ghera hara ranga ki ho jaya. Apna really akar se kafi sikuda jaya aur paak jayage ismein lagbag 6-8 minute ka samay layge. Gas badhna kar aur shawalo fry ki hui bhindi ko ek plate mein nikale.

Step 4: Us khadhi mein 2 tablespoon oil garam kar. usmein (fennel) sofa dale, jab vo bhuna jaya ( 20-30 ) second mein vo bhuna jayega tab barike kat hua onion ko dale, aur us halka brown raag hona tak bhuna le. Hari mirch ginger garlic ka paste dale aur ek minute ke liye bhuna le.

Step 5 : Tamatar paste daal aur usmein oil alga hoga tab tak bhuna

Step6 : Haldi powder, laal mirch powder, garma masala powder, namak daal, achi tarah se milye.

Step 7: Dahi (yogurt) cumin coriander power aur kaju( caswnut) ka powder daal aur achi tarha se mileye

Step 8: Shawallo fry ki hui bhindi dal aur achi tarha se mileye phir thoda sa pani mila de .

Step9 : Usmein 2-3 minutes ke liye medium flame par pakne de

Step 10 : Gas ka flame badhna kare aur us paroshna ke katori mein nikale. Bhindi masala gravyi ko har dhaniya se sajaye aur garma garma parosa.

Tips and variations:

  • Dhayna raha ki dahi khati na ho, nahi toh sabji  ka sawad bhi khatt hoga.
  • Aap apne sawad ke anusar sabji ko kam tikha ya jyaad tikha bana ke liye hari mirch aur garlic ki matra kam ya jayad kar sakte hai.
  • Sabji ke halka khatt swad ko balance karne liye 1 tablespoon sugar dalede.
  • Serving ideas. Iss naan ya tandoori roti ya chapatti , chawal aur cucumber salad ke sath lunch ya diner mein parosh sakte hai .
