Bhindi ki sabji kasie banaya/ Bhindi masala curry receipe hindi mei

Bhindi masala curry  ek banan mei aasan aur chatpati masaladar gravy wali sabji hai jisa banaa ke liye kam oil mei tali hui bhindi ko tamatar, dahi (curd) kaju (cashew nuts), onion aur typical  Indian masala se bani gravy me pakaya jata hai . isa bhindi ki sabji ki masala ke gravy ke karna issa naan,tandoori roti ,chapatti, ya chawal ke sath parosa sakta hai. is aasan sabji ko ghar par banana ke liye niche diye gya. Taste -spicy

Ingredients:

  • 250 gram bhindi (ladyfinger)
  • 3 medium Tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 tablesspoon dahi (yogurt) (khati nahi)
  • 5-6 cashew nuts
  • 1 Green chilli, seeded and chopped
  • ½ teaspoon ginger, chopped
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • I large onion ,finely chopped,
  • 2 teaspoons, cumin-coriander powder
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garam Masala powder
  • ¼ teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1 ½ tablespoon coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 ½ tablespoon oil +2 small tablespoons namak

 

Instruction ( Bhindi curry Banane ki vidhi)

Step 1 : Bhuna hua kaju (cashew nuts) ko grinder ka choti jar mei pesa kar powder bana la. Hari mirch, ginger, aur garlic ko usi jar mei pesa kar paste bana la . usi jar mei tamatar dale aur pesa kar tamatar ki paste ban la

Step 2 : Bhindi ka dandhtal aur niche ka patla bhaga kat aur phir usa 1.5 ke size mei lamba tukda mei kat la. Ek kadhi, mei medium flame par 1 ½ tablespoon oil ko garm kar . kati hui bhindi dala aur uska upar namak (chidka) sprinkle kar de

Step 3 : Bhindi ko tab tak pakaya jab tak ki vo ghera hara ranga ki ho jaya. Aapna mula akar se kafi sikuda jaya aur paka jayagya isma lagbag 6-8 minute ka samya layga. Gas badna kar aur shawalo fry ki hui bhindi ko ek plate mei nikala.

Step 4: Usi khadhi mei 2 tablespoon oil garam kar. usma (fennel) sofa daal, jab vo bhuna jaya ( 20-30 ) second mei vo bhuna jaygya tab barika kat hua onion ko daal, aur usa halka brown raag hona tak bhuna la. Hari mirch ginger garlic ka pastedal aur ek minute ke liye bhuna la.

Step 5 : Tamatar paste daal aur usma oil alga hona laga tab tak bhuna

Step6 : Haldi powder, laal mirch powder, garma masala powder, namak daal, achi tarah se milya.

Step 7: Dahi (yogurt) cumin coriander power aur kaju( caswnut) ka powder daal aura chi tarha se milya

Step 8: Shawallo fry ki hui bhindi dal aur achi tarha se milya phir thoda sa pani mila .

Step9 : Usma 2-3 minutes ke liye medium flame par pakkana de

Step 10 : Gas ka flame baadna kar aur usa paroshna ke katori mei nikala. Bhindi masala gravyi ko har dhaniya se sajanya aur garma garma parosa.

Tips and variations:

  • Dehna raha ki dahi khati na ho, nahitoa sabhi ka sawad bhi khata hoga.
  • Aap aapna sawad ke anusar sabji ko kam tikha ya jyaad tikha bana ke liye hari mirch aur garlic ki matra kam ya jyaad kar sakti hai.
  • Sabji ke halka khata swad ke  balance karna ke liye 1 tablespoon sugar daal de.
  • Serving ideas. Issa naan ya tandoori roti ya chapatti , chawal aur cucumber salad ke sath lunch ya diner mei parosh sakta hai .
